April 2025 General Conference – April 2025 general conference preparations. General conference provides an opportunity to receive personal revelation as general church leaders give counsel and direction from the lord, states a first presidency letter, from march 6, to congregation leaders. Twice a year, during the first weekend of april and the first weekend of october, church leaders from around the world share messages, or sermons, focused on jesus christ and his gospel. Sunday morning session 4 p.m.

General conference and other churchwide broadcast events are opportunities to hear messages from living prophets, apostles, and other church leaders to strengthen faith in heavenly father and jesus christ. Saturday, april 5 12 p.m. The october 2024 conference featured 34 messages over the five sessions. If someone wanted to prepare by rereading the messages from the october 2024 general conference in order, one talk per day, he or she should start today, march 2, in order to finish by friday, april 4.
